3. In the electronic industry, hydrogen peroxide is mainly used as a cleaning agent for silicon wafers and integrated circuit components, as well as an etchant for printed circuit boards. From the source of raw materials, hydrogen gas, as the main raw material for hydrogen peroxide devices, is mostly obtained through upstream hydrogen production equipment. Secondly, from the perspective of downstream product chain, there is a strong demand for hydrogen peroxide in the large-scale production of caprolactam units using hydrogen peroxide as the raw material in China.
